Philippa attended Betty Ann Norton Theatre School from1993 - 2002. She passed City and Guildhall examinations up to andincluding 4th Grade. She attended the Dublin Academy of Ballet from1992 - 2002, where she passed exams up to and including Grade 5.

She played one of the leading ladies in "HuckleberryFinn" (Belvedere school play 2002) and Captain Hook in "Peter Pan"(2002). She took part in Drama school productions, some minor and someleading roles from 1993 - 2002. She promoted the Coca-Cola ArtCompetition in 1998 which made front page of The Irish Times and wasincluded in the 1999 Bank of Ireland calendar. She also appeared invarious newspapers modelling clothes by Benneton for the 2002Children's Hospital (Crumlin) Fashion Show.

She holds a National Certificate in Sailing (Grade 3)and holds a Platinum Badge in Swimming. She is also a member of theschool debating team, as well as the school hockey and tennis teams.
